SuperPro Painting Systems is growing as a result of a positive approach to scalability, profitability and impacting the communities through the gift of paint.
Their dedication to transform the disrespected, unreliable painting industry, helped them to launch SuperPro Painting Systems. Duchnij was unaware of the condemnatory challenge, and their greatest barrier was to overcome what General Contractors, Property Managers, and the many vertical industries such as the hospitality and retail industries think of painters. Armed with that philosophy and the vision to “Make Painting Great Again”, the SuperPro Painting Systems journey began.
Turning their attention to safety standards and learning specifically what building owners were needing, SuperPro Painting Systems narrowed in on hiring qualified certified painters and sought out reputable organizations such as: BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), ECA (Edmonton Construction Association), and COR (Certificate of Recognition) Association. Seeking out their competitors and how they do their business practices, SuperPro Painting Systems quickly saw a need for painters to feel valued; thus, creating a franchised system that, all franchisees and painters are: 'Partners in Profit', or "Owners Who Care", who could and would perform to higher standards and deliver better service to the commercial customer, on every painting project.
That meant starting with the painters themselves. SuperPro has a training program called CLIP, which stands for Certified Learning in Painting – a program encompassing training, testing and tooling for each painter employee. It is an Elite Painting School.
The company has experienced 425% growth since 2012. SuperPro Painting Systems has gained media coverage in: Business in Edmonton magazine, The Edmonton Metro, Breaking Ground (ECA Magazine), ARLA Magazine (Alberta Residential Landlord Association) and the Globe and Mail. Expansion plans are coast-to-coast franchisees and the head office shelves are barely able to contain their growing collection of awards, including three in 2014 from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association.
SuperPro Painting Systems is a finalist in Ernst & Young, Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
As an incentive to our Franchisees, our monthly service fees decrease as revenues increase, a unique royalty system. This provides our franchisees with a huge incentive to do well and increase profits.
SuperPro Painting Systems slogan is: MAKE PAINTING GREAT AGAIN.™
