The Browns Socialhouse® concept typically utilizes a smaller site (3,500 to 4,000 sq. ft.). This allows us to provide our product and service to smaller urban spaces and in suburban communities, where there is a growing demand for high quality casual dining, while still capturing traditional “neighbourhood bar and grill” clientele. The smaller footprint also allows us to go into spaces where “big-box casual” doesn’t fit, and reduces the capital required for construction and start-up.

Community is the key driver for our market selection process and our design focus is on creating rooms that people love to be in. We demonstrate that the Guest is priority number one by the way we lay out the space and manage the environment and the experience.
