BORN FROM A NEED FOR GREAT FOOD, GREAT AMBIENCE AND GREAT SERVICE, AllStar Wings & Ribs was founded in 2003 by Tom Anastopoulos in Markham, Ontario. Born and raised in the food service industry, Tom and his family felt there was a need in the marketplace for a fun place for families to go that served great food for excellent value. Now boasting over 208 unique (and often trademarked) flavours of chicken wings – always fresh, never frozen – succulent, fall-off-the-bone ribs, almost 2 dozen different types of fries, 18 different hamburger creations, half a dozen unique salad creations and over 20 gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, AllStar Wings & Ribs light-hearted, family-friendly menu is far more than “just another wing joint”!

ALLSTAR FRANCHISEE TEAM MEMBERS tend to be “intrapreneurs” with proven business development backgrounds, extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ambition and resources for a larger challenge. Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. AllStar’s 5 to 8 months of intensive training generates competence and confidence.
The ALLSTAR AREA REPRESENTATIVE Strategy was launched in 2013 with the first Area Representative awarded for the Greater Vancouver Area. Business leaders looking for an above average challenge, these individuals are required to establish and operate at least one AllStar Wings & Ribs restaurant, while recruiting, training and supporting AllStar Franchisees in a defined development territory outside the Province of Ontario and Vancouver in exchange for a share of the Franchisor’s revenue streams.
